Orientation Services

We like to start as early as possible contacting clients even before they initially arrive in Hong Kong by providing email information and suggesting they look through our website. At this stage we can offer advice on potential schools, geographic areas and assist by advising on current rental levels, and what kind of properties can be available at the proposed rental budget, to ensure this will be adequate and avoid potential problems on the family’s arrival.

When you arrive, we take you on an Island Tour, during which our Orientation consultant visits the various residential areas, passing schools, shops, hospitals and so forth. We also go a little into the basic geography and history of the region, and discuss the practicalities of living in Hong Kong. We can also schedule specific school appointments or visit quarantine kennels – the programme will be devised to suit you're your specific needs and requirements.

Once the family are here to stay then we focus on getting you familiar with the main streets and shopping areas. We like to point out that we receive no commissions from any of the shops or services that we recommend – our advice is based on our own experience and satisfied client feed-back.

The orientation process continues with on-going support and advice on settling into Hong Kong until the family are confident and ready to get on unaided with life in your new home.
