Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay are situated in the eastern part of the New Territories, and are favoured by those wishing to be away from the city. Surrounded by high green mountains & country parks, these areas are popular with families who are wanting more space and to be living in a more of a “country” atmosphere. The accommodation in these locations consist of either “village houses”, usually 3 storey houses, many of which have been converted into apartments, or else gated townhouses developments. Most properties have sea or green views & can offer better value for money than being closer to town.  Public transport to Saikung consists of buses and minibuses, whereas Clearwater Bay is also served by Hang Hau MTR station.
